I wasn't going to use your company anymore, after my experience last year when the tech told me he was no longer allowed to move ANY furniture. I'm a senior citizen, and I can't move my own furniture, so decided I'd have to find another company. However, I gave you one more try this past week. The technician could not have been nicer and never said a word about not being allowed to move furniture (I'm talking about dining room chairs, chairs on sliders, etc - NOT heavy furniture), so I'm guessing maybe the company has revised that particular policy. He did an outstanding job with minimal attempts to upgrade the services I had requested, which was much appreciated. He was in and out in about 45 minutes, and left the carpets nearly dry, again, much appreciated! I will definitely be calling ZeroRez again, and requesting Anthony if he's available!

Technician arrived on time, took me through everything he would be doing including the blue light to show stains (gross) and explaining what he would be using to clean. Also he wore shoe covers and put corner protectors everywhere he was working. All in all a very good experience using Zerorez. Terrell did a great job!
