I liked the fact that little water was used. Drying time was minimal, about 6 hours. The protectorate that was applied does leave a residue even though when I asked I was assured that it did not. Carpet felt “crunchy” afterwards so I vacuumed it and it seemed to help.
We have pretty old carpet that has suffered through two teenage boys and a retriever that sheds more hair than she keeps. I didn't think it would look great, but we hired Zerorez when we were moving out just to try and restore things a little. They did a little upsell for a brush service to get the pet hair out. Again, I wasn't hopeful, but paid for the extra service to see what would happen. We had vacuumed well before they arrived, but I was blown away by how much dog hair came up with their brush service. And when they were done, it looked better than it did 5 years ago when we moved in. I'm very impressed.

Simple and effective process. Carpets are all clean.
I like that the technicians do not push additional product while they are here. They simply ask if you're interested and if you say no they just say okay. I have had other carpet cleaning companies come and they are very pushy. That is what I chose zero rez this time. They also do a nice job. I cannot explain how much I appreciate the technicians not being pushy as that makes me very uncomfortable.
