Great service!

Timely service, friendly service personnel!

The associate was very friendly

The entire experience was top-notch. The men that came and cleaned my place were professional, thorough, and efficient in and out in 45 minutes. I greatly appreciated realistic expectations for the treatments needed, and the option to choose whether or not to proceed from that point. When your company are professional people that operate with integrity and a customer first mindset, the value will always exceed the price. 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend.

Great job. Happy with cleaning carpets

Excellent communication from start to finish. Nate, who applied the treatment to our carpets was excellent. He explained everything in detail, and worked hard and efficiently in assuring our satisfaction.

The water process gets my older carpets cleaner than other companies I've used in the past and I like the quick-dry process.

The carpet cleaning service they provide is excellent and we are always so pleased with the results of their work.

Technician Isaac was thorough and very knowledgeable. Carpets looked great and felt clean afterward. Will definitely be using them again.

Our carpets look beautiful and the young man who did the job, Joseph, was very nice and did an excellent job. Will definitely have him back when we are in need of your services.

Much better job this time! I am glad I gave you another chance! Some bad stains were removed.

We had a wonderful experience with the technician. He was extremely careful in our home and took measures to ensure his equipment etc didn’t get in the way or damage anything. He was super nice and very professional. We will definitely call again when we are in need of cleaning!

Great tech. On time and through.

I was not completely satisfied with the result of the cleaning of our sectional. No questions asked, they sent someone out the next day for a complimentary re-do. Ali did a beautiful job, going the extra mile and paying extra attention to detail. We are very happy!!

Pricing is stable, consistent. All the technicians are friendly, helpful and just cool. The process used is chemical free and the end result is always terrific.

I like the fast drying and thorough cleaning. The techs are friendly and hardworking.

Everything went great

Anthony was a great tech. He was on time, very polite, and explained what he would do. He worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning our carpet.

Our tech went above and beyond to support our needs and did a fantastic job!

The men who cleaned did a very good job!

I have been sold on the Zerorez process and used them for years to keep my carpets clean. Every time they come and clean my carpets, it rejuvenates them and makes them look almost like new and my whole house just smells fresh and clean. Zerorez offers special deals and discounts periodically which I take advantage whenever needed. The associates are always professional, personable, and efficient with getting things done without wasted time and they always arrive on time. Sometimes they call and ask if they can come a little earlier than the appointment time because they are running ahead of schedule.

Excellent service!

Anthony was great! He do an awesome job and was very kind.
