The Zerorez appointment was easy to schedule. Remington was my technician. He arrived on time, inspected the areas to be cleaned and discussed in detail what he observed. As he moved through the cleaning process, he explained the "gunk" that came out of the carpet. He was very specific regarding the drying process and how I should proceed. I was also impressed with the steps taken to protect my home. For example, the blue door seal was put up on the entrance door to prevent the sun and pests from entering the house. This was my first service from the company and I am very pleased .

This was our second home we had cleaned by Zerores. This was a rental we lived in for two years. The carpet looked like new! They didn't overcharge for the stairs or the big room. The cost was very fair and today we are officially out of the rental and in our new home. I would say do not spend money for Stanley Steemer. Zeroes does just as well and charges a more fair price.

I used Zerorex last year to clean my carpets, and I was very pleased with their performance. I was contacted when they were about 10 minutes out. The two men were very friendly and professional. I had booked them to clean our carpets and air ducts. They were preparing everything to clean our air ducts, and Talon, the lead technician, came out of the attic and told me the air ducts were very clean and did not need to be cleaned again! I was totally surprised! We had our air ducts cleaned a few years ago & thought they needed another cleaning. He was being totally honest! We were so impressed! We did have our carpets and area rug cleaned and deodorized. I’m so happy with this company and especially Talon! High five to Talon! We will continue to recommend Zerorex!!
