Great work on cleaning the carpet. Got some explanation on how long to let the carpet dry before putting something on it.

The job was great and when we called the company to let the know there was a few spots that needed some extra work done Zerorez immediately set up a follow-up session to go over the areas. Zerorez backs up their promises to see that the job is done right.

It is reasonably priced and more importantly, an excellent way to have carpets cleaned.

Your. staff were efficient and made every effort to clean my rug and sofa. The rug that was sent out looks wonderful and the fellows who delivered it were very kind in helping me move a couple of chairs. Also a touch up was needed on the original rug and there was not hesitation to deal with it.

Zerorez always does a great job on our carpets -- even in the heavy traffic areas ON WHITE CARPETS. Every Zerorez tech who has ever come to clean our carpets over the past 20+ years has been fabulous. Major G, however, was far above and beyond the most professional, personable, hard-working, results-driven Zerorez tech we have EVER had. If you had a scale of 0 (horrible) to 100 (absolutely amazing), Major would get a 200 from us. He's THAT good.

The Zerorez employee-Zach-was polite and informative. I would welcome him for service anytime.
The cleaning was spot on. Very good . He did explain that older stains can re-surface. I knew that already, and a few spots did come back. Overall, and over the years, Zerorez is excellent.
