He really took the time throughout the process to show me the status of my air ducts and blower boxes, making it very easy to understand what needed to be done. One crew cleaned out my dryer vents and they were very thorough professional and quick. Another crew cleaned my nasty carpets to perfection. The carpets are 54 years old and look brand new. Zane was most cordial and professional. This is the third year that Zerorez has cleaned my carpets and I couldn't use any other service.
