Stefan was very professional and helpful with other areas that I asked about in addition to the original ones I had in mind. He cleaned the areas very well. He was conscientious about drying areas on the wood floor that were sprayed accidentally. He did an absolutely wonderful job. I had hesitated to bring anyone into to do this work because I don't like using a lot of chemicals that then remain in the carpet or floors. I will most certainly use this service again and I have already recommended him to my family members.

I was very pleased with your service and correspondence. My carpet looks great! The only snag was that the service tech was unsure about the discount coupons I received by email prior to the cleaning day ($20 off first service) so he did not apply the discount but suggested I call the office. When I called the office and explained the situation they did credit the $20 back to me so I'm pleased with the way things turned out.

My carpet turned out like new. the soil around my place is sand and that what it looked like when they came. Carpet is a cream and blue. It only took them an hour and 15 min to clean carpet, hallway and dining room carpets .THEY ALL LOOK BRAND NEW. Thanks Zereoez

Your services are always performed in a professional manner by Charles and the fee for the carpet cleaning is fair and reasonable. Charles cleaned the tile in our master bathroom and the grout has never looked cleaner or better.
