Products used left no smell, thoroughly cleaned and dried nicely - carpet still soft and hardware floor had no residue. Ryan was the best - hard working and came all the way to 4th floor with all that equipment. Kudos to Ryan for your work ethics, professionalism, kindness and great personality.

I have used several different carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez has given me the best results! Both times I have used your service the service tech was outstanding. They were knowledgeable and professional. Gave me advice and explained what they were doing. When he arrived Saturday, there was a part that broke on his equipment, within 10-15 minutes his manager was there with the part. The manager was just as nice!
