The technician who came to our house was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He offered useful suggestions and insight that will help us to maintain our carpeting looking new. He was respectful and protected our furnishings and wall corners from his equipment, hoses, etc., which we really appreciated considering our home was completely remodeled a couple of months ago and still in "like new" condition. We will definitely hire Zerorez again as needed, and I hope we get the same technician when we do!

My carpets were disgusting, but truly, and now my whole house feels fresh. With two sick kids and an old dog my carpets were covered in messes. I was attempting to clean them up myself but it quickly became overwhelming since it still never felt clean. Everywhere felt gross and unhealthy so I called and they came quick - an hour later! I didn’t even bother to move all the big furniture, they just cleaned around it - so easy and worth it. The carpets were mostly dry within a few hours! I’m so glad I called, it was the best stress release. The technician was great, non-judgmental, and thorough. We added on the bacteria treatment and now I feel confident letting my baby play on the floor. The before and after photos are shocking. Thank you Noah!

We've used Zerorez many times. This last time was such a great experience. Our technician Tamare let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. I explained what areas we needed cleaned and we had some tape adhesive on the carpet that I wasn't sure if it could be removed. After he cleaned the areas all the adhesive was gone and we were so happy with the results! He was really professional and courteous and wore booties over his shoes as well! Thank you Tamare for such a great experience and making our carpet look brand new again!

I like that you don't use chemicals and that your pricing is competitive. I really liked your last special price of $119! The technicians are always friendly and professional and it doesn't take them a long time to do the job. The carpet never feels "crunchy" afterwards either.

We have been in this house since 1987. Never thought about cleaning the ducts until the furnace went out and needed to be replaced. The team was fantastic. They arrived early on a bitterly cold day and went about their work at a speed that amazed us. They cleaned everything and made recommendations about other services they offered.
