They do a good job. Easy to book. However, my window of service was 12-3. At 3:30 I called the office. Tech did not arrive til 4:30. I waited around for hours. If they were behind schedule I should be notified. I should not need to call you. (The tech was good and very nice.)

The tech was punctual and personable. The process successfully took out multiple stains of various origins. We will use Zerorez again in future. We have a 2 and 4 year old grandsons, so we will likely have more carpet issues in the future.
We had our carpets and tile cleaned by Mike Powers - once the tile was cleaned Mike sealed our grout. It turned out great.
We also had our outdoor kitchen travertine tile and grout cleaned and sealed.

Our house feels fresh and clean and I can already tell we have fewer allergy symptoms. It doesn't smell like dogs anymore. Our tech Tyshawn was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. He worked hard and got a great result for us. I like how the rugs dried fluffy, not crunchy. They are clean and not loaded down with soap and chemicals. GREAT job!!!
