The technician, Noah was terrific. Explained what he was going to do and made me feel very comfortable. Helped me get the whole house cleaned since it had been some time since I did it. He was thorough, did a fantastic job and was so polite and informative.

Twice I’ve had zerorez clean my carpets. Both employees were informative with their texts re arrival time. They were efficient in getting the job done. The first tech got out stains I thought were forever. Wasn’t quite as bad when the second guy came a year later.
