Andrew was very professional & kind. He explained the entire process and was extremely patient and helpful with all of my questions. Our carpets are almost as good as new, he got all the problems areas that I thought were beyond hope and he did it quickly. The entire experience was top-notch.

This is my 2nd time with this company. First time they leave my area rug like new. This time I am waiting for my carpet again (no doubt that will get excellent clean) and appt. to clean my grout on my tile floor. Very good service from the technician. Very happy customer!

Very knowledgeable, polite services

After our cleaning, we had a stubborn stain that Ari and Maverick came back to get rid of. They also found a couple other stains that were very stubborn and git rid of all of them! We appreciate how great our carpets look and the time and attention and kindness from Ari and Maverick!

The quality of the cleaning services and professionalism of the technicians is wonderful. This time they did my carpets and kitchen tile floors. The results are sparkling and fully exceeded my expectations. The carpets are as clean as they always are after past cleaning. I have used them for years and will continue to do so. With two dogs, the need for cleaning is a regular occurrence and I use them every year. They always explain their process and answer questions as they work. The two technicians this time around were Jose and Luis. My kitchen tile and grout looks brand new. Jose did an amazing job. I definitely recommend Zerorez.

Mekal did a great job. He was on time and cleaned my carpets perfectly. He was thorough and made sure everything was done to my expectations.

I believe my technicians name was Anthony, he was absolutely great! He did a very good job of cleaning the carpet and explained what issues I was having and what I needed todo to keep my carpets looking good. Very polite and thorough, I would definitely tells others about the service.
