Friendly service

First time I’ve had the Zerorez experience. The technician shared his experiences and with his recommendation we took a path that seemed to make sense. He did a quick thorough job and gave us options for a follow up in case the treatment didn’t net us the results expected. So far we are still waiting for the horrible smells to return and we pray they will not. But right now the freshness we are experiencing is a welcome relief.

The young man who cleaned was polite and answered all my questions. He was efficient and thorough. The cleaning solutions did a fantastic job on the furniture, carpets, and especially the grout and tile.

The thing I liked the most was the service rep who came to my house. He was very personable, focused on the job, and worked quickly, and was professional. He took care to clean every inch of carpet in the rooms. The products used had a nice fragrance. I would have no problem recommending Zerorez to friends.

I have had my white wall-to-wall carpets cleaned by ZeroRes 5 times over the years, and I would never consider going back to any other company. ZeroRes has a portable unit which is necessary for me since I live on the second floor of a condo complex and my residence is in the middle of a long hallway. All of the employees have been terrific. Jonathan was my technician yesterday, and I could not have been more pleased. He arrived on time, spent a great deal of time locating 2 plugs that would accommodate has machine and not trip my circuit breaker (an experience I had in the past). He listened carefully to all of my requests regarding high traffic areas and was very respectful of my furniture and other belongings. He asked me to inspect each room and area after he finished to make sure I was happy with the work he had done. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and kind. My carpets are almost dry 24 hours later and they look like a million bucks! I am especially delighted with the high traffic areas where he applied their special protectant solution. So worth the extra cost. Thank you, Jonathan, and thank you ZeroRes!!!
