The communication with staff before and during the service is excellent. There are timely reminders and a call before they arrive. Staff answer questions and explain what they are doing.
The work was done quickly and to a high standard. I have used Zerorez many times and they have extended the life of my carpets.

The customer service is still the best especially in a time with automated systems. Talking to someone on the phone and having a clean professional come to my home is great.
