I am very impressed with Bill the Tech who cleaned my home. He is a real pleasure for many reasons. He greeted me at the door with a friendly smile. That means a lot! So Bill told me about the company everything which helped me understand the service. As I listened to the different services offered I was more intrigued and I asked him for to add to my list such as the cleaning of all 3 bathroom floors to be sanitized and re- grout with the sealer. For the carpet he added a sealer to keep protect and keep the carpets clean longer. My small area rugs look brand new!

Technician was very professional and listen attentively to the rug areas that I had a concern with, due to previous stains. He made suggestions and retreated the areas to my satisfaction. He protected the walls and corners from his hoses and equipment. I was very pleased and would use Zerorez again.

The process was Quick. Required very little “Door being wide open” the tech was super nice.

Overall carpet came out amazing. Jordan was friendly and professional. We had a cat urine issue and it appears that it has mostly been taken care off. One area still has a bit of a smell and hence the reason I did not give a 10 but it was a significant reduction.
