Mike did a fantastic job cleaning our nursery and playroom carpets. He arrived slightly later than the window we chose, due to no fault of his own. He generously gave us a level 2 clean to make up for his tardiness. He was very kind and professional. We will request him the next time we book a clean!

I was surprised, however, that after 12 hours the carpet was still too damp to place furniture back on it, and there was one place where there was slight moisture that I could feel with my bare feet at nearly 36 hours. But all seems well, and I like your nontoxic cleaning method.
