Quick and clean.

I had my carpets and stairways cleaned. I was advised through texts and calls on arrival time. Service was on time and very polite and professional. He did a great job on the carpets for a reasonable price. Heavy traffic areas were given extra attention and I was surprised how good it looked. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are prompt, professional and thorough. This was the second time I used the service and will continue using them in the future.

Technician was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was realistic about the conditions of my carpets/rugs and did a fantastic job. They turned out better than expected. He mopped up all residual water and left everything clean and tidy.

From the moment they arrived, both gentlemen were courteous, professional, respectful, and very pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain what they were doing and treated our home and belongings with great care.

Jorge was especially impressive. In a Supervisory role, he demonstrated tremendous knowledge and professionalism, but what stood out to us most was the patience and dedication he showed while mentoring and training Alonso. It was wonderful to see someone who takes pride not only in his own work, but also in helping another person learn and succeed.

Alonso was equally respectful, attentive, and eager to learn. We could see that he genuinely wanted to do things correctly and provide the best service possible. The teamwork between the two of them was a pleasure to watch.

In our opinion, excellent customer service is about much more than simply doing a job. It’s about how you treat people, how much pride you take in your work, and whether you leave the customer feeling that they were truly cared for. Jorge and Alonso accomplished all three.

We sincerely appreciate the excellent work they did for us and the kindness and professionalism they showed throughout their visit. Zerorez should be very proud to have employees like Jorge and Alonso representing the company.

The transformation in the tile in the house I just moved into was amazing! I wasn't prepared for just how dirty the floors were and how much the color of the tile changed once it was professionally cleaned!
