Cleaning was super easy to schedule and was fairly priced for what was completed. Technician was very friendly and professional and worked very efficiently. He addressed any major concerns (e.g. persistent stains, pet odor, etc) upfront and worked diligently to wrap up the rooms needing cleaned. Would definitely use again and recommend to a friend!
Overall good experience. I did not realize we had to move the area rugs out to clean them - that was probably my fault as i chose the wrong option during the estimate online. It did take a very long time (probably 24 hours) for the larger area rug to dry - so I would have liked to see more of the moisture removed from that rug.

Zerorez tech come to our home on 11/24/2025. He was a true professional, the level of detailed that he provided was top notch. He was able to really clean our high traffic areas and also applied your stain treatment application which will ultimately help us preserve our carpet longer.
