I have used Zerorez multiple times and have always been very satisfied with the service and the technicians. Emily did an amazing job on my carpets! She was very thorough in cleaning my carpets. They look so much better now! In fact while she was here cleaning my carpets one of my neighbors called me and asked me about Zerorez as she was needing her carpets cleaned. She ended up calling and getting an appointment scheduled for the following week.

I love the idea of just using water to clean carpeting. The service and service technician was exceptional. I love how the carpets look. Thanks

Before the service was done, we were sent instructions for how we were to prepare the area that would receive treatment. The Zerorez technician who came called 30 minutes before arrival, and he was courteous and professional. He clearly explained what he would do and gave instructions for post care of the carpet.

Very helpful and efficient cleaners! The carpets looked and smelled great!

This is the second time I have used Zerorez Hilton Head and am very satisfied with the quality of the service. I was very fortunate to have one of the original crew come to this second visit 4 years later. Chis was very knowledgable, friendly and thorough. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

He did a great job and our house smells clean, and id was dry in 3 hours like he said it would. The last company we went with our house smelled like dirt and it was wet for days. The carpet looks like new and Cory was great.

★★★★★ Our new go-to carpet cleaner

We had Zerorez clean our living room, hallway, and two staircases, and the results were excellent. Before starting, the technician walked us through the whole process, explaining how their cleaning system works and what to expect, which we really appreciated. Stains we'd given up on came right out, and the carpets look fresh and smell wonderful, with no heavy chemical scent. The work was thorough and careful, especially on the stairs. We've used other carpet cleaning companies over the years, but none came close. Zerorez is the only company we'll call from now on.

Carson explained everything before he started. Was very polite and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with the results.
