The tech was prompt and called before arrival. He was careful with furniture and answered all my questions. The machine was quieter than other services I have experienced. I feel the Zerorez process cleaned the carpets deeply without getting overly wet. I had several places where the carpet was deeply stained and the machine had no problem cleaning without extra effort needed by the tech.

CARPETS CAME OUT WONDERFUL.

Communicated the process prior to service. Spot treating prior to cleaning. Technician was very conscientious and very careful to not mess up the rest of the house. Able to walk on carpet shortly after service.

The technician was friendly, helpful and prompt. As far as I could tell the cleaning was good and reasonably priced. He moved heavy furniture back in place, set my fans to dry the area and probably would have done anything I had asked of him. I am about to make another appointment to clean the balance of the carpet in the house.

The technician did a super job getting the carpet clean. He and the lady who was with him were very respectful of me and my property. They asked permission before touching anything. I was extremely pleased and would love to have the same people again the next time!
