He thoroughly examines the carpeting to maximize the cleaning and always notifies me if extra treatment might be needed to eradicate pet stains. He's fast, friendly and always on time. This is the BEST carpet cleaning company. No one else gets stains out like these guys. It’s amazing. Dog threw up organic fertilizer on white carpet? No problem. Dog peed in the corner of the rental, again on white carpet? Fine. They’ll get it out. I have not had a reasonable stain they haven’t been able to treat. The stains stay gone too-some carpet cleaning companies clean but the stains come back, not Zerorez.
