The zerorez cleaning product cleaned very well and dried fast. I know there were spots that would not become clean but there were a few I would have expected to clean out. I didn't notice these spots until hours later.

The 2 gentlemen that cleaned my carpet were very respectful and very knowledgeable about what to do about the pet stains and what I can expect afterwards. They walked me through everything and checked in with me often. They were 1000 out of 10. You don’t find customer service like them anymore.
