This is the second time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets and we were once again very happy with the results. Brandon was extremely respectful, friendly and efficient. He explained the process in some detail. We then walked the rooms to be cleaned and he noted what we should, and perhaps should not, expect.
Our off-white carpets responded well to the treatment and we shall confidently call Zerorez the next time they need some t l c.

The tech was attentive to my concerns and discussed options, but when I opted for the deodorizing treatment, I was NOT told there would be an extra 150.00 added to the total!! I had already agreed to adding the stairs, so my cost was significantly higher than expected.
I will still use this company as the service and my satisfaction was great, but next time I will ask for the total cost before adding extras.

Your company slogan should be, "don't throw it out, Rez cue it!" Unbelievable difference in the way this old relic of a carpet looks. We have guests coming soon and while we have new carpet purchased we just didn't have time to have it installed before their arrival so decided to have it cleaned. It's amazing the difference! I'd like to add also that the service was quick and professional from start to finish, never tried to lay on high pressure sales pitches when I asked about other services. I couldn't be happier with your company. Would score you an 11!
