I have used Zerorez for several years....a friend in Renton referred me to your company. I am pleased with how my carpet cleaned up considering it is nearly 15 yrs old. I too referred a friend in Kirkland and she is pleased.
It was fascinating to see the dirt coming out with the cleaning fluid from my sofa and chair. I knew that sun was hard on fabric and my chair and sofa show it on one side.....I get the afternoon sun and it sure does fade things.

Nico did a phenomenal job! It’s take a minute to write this because I couldn’t find the email but it was in my junk folder. He did an amazing job! We had a not so great experience the last time and this time we cannot complain one bit. Our floors look brand new and we’ve been able to keep up with the carpets since he’s left and they are still immaculate! Will recommend him to anyone and I will be requesting him for all my flooring needs from Zerorez going further as long as he still works there. He was very professional, polite, and made us feel comfortable with a someone we didn’t know being in our home.

Everything - great customer service, ease scheduling appointment, professional and courteous staff, quality cleaning and thorough walk-thru post cleaning service.

The Technician, Owyn G, did a great job! He was thorough and professional throughout the entire process and provided superior customer service. Although I had a re-service appointment, it was based solely on something I didn't inform the technician about, and was in no way a reflection of the service I received. They were prompt in rescheduling for the next and made me feel like a very valued customer.

I was given a free carpet cleaning option for another service provider - twice - and opted to use Zerorez each time. I couldn't be more satisfied!!
