I like that Logan was very thorough and not rushed. I felt like he actually cared about getting my carpets as clean as possible rather than just trying to get it done as fast as possible. I was impressed by their attention to detail.

I greatly appreciated the technicians transparency and forewarning about material that could be positive for asbestos. While this red flag halted work, it kept us from disturbing and blasting asbestos particles throughout our entire home (and right before we brought a newborn home, no less).

After abatement was done and the crew returned, they did an incredibly thorough job, for which we are most appreciative.

Bryce did an unbelievable job at removing stains from my carpeting, like where I always walk on my nearly white carpeting. The other carpet company I had used for years only lightened them, but Bryce either removed them or nearly removed them. I was amazed! Furthermore, he was very friendly & obviously very conscientious. I want everyone to use Zerorez.

I have used your services many times in the past as nd have been pleased with the cleaning and rapid drying until this current cleaning. The drying time was long, don’t know if it was high humidity outside, also a couple of areas appear soiled. Although the tech did point out he wasn’t able to get all the soil pout and that particular area took over 48hours to dry

Zerorez has always been our "go-to" carpet cleaning company because their system really does get the carpeting clean and truly doesn't leave any residue or chemical type smells, and the technicians are always very careful and professional like Daniel Hanson that was here just last week. Great job to Daniel and Zerorez for employing such great people!

Great job cleaning my Berber carpet this week! Much better than last time. The technician that came in April did not get stains out in several high traffic places and told me when I asked about it that that was the best he could do because the carpet was old. But the technician this week got all of those old stains out!! So I’m very happy!

The techs are amazing, we’ve never had a bad one and they work SO hard to get our carpet clean. The process doesn’t leave the carpet sopping wet so it dries up retry fast and feels so good on bare feet when it’s dry. All clean!
