Zerorez is very nice and their online reservation system was easy to use. I was glad they offered shower tile cleaning as an add-on to carpet cleaning. They walked through the house, made suggestions and followed up when done.

After drying from service on 6/16/26, we noticed obvious improvement in removal of the soiled traffic areas on our white carpet as compared with regular service cleanings we chose to cancel back in 2021.
