It was easy, reasonably priced, and they walked through the rooms before and after and took extra care in certain areas that I pointed out and made sure to focus extra drying to rooms where I'd need it dryer faster. Very kind person too!

I like that your cleaners are safe for people, pets and the planet. Also, that you take the time to evaluate the carpet or whatever you going to clean to determine what solutions you will be using to do the cleaning. I like the fact that you don't leave a soapy residue. However, on my last service the tech left the carpets very wet. It took 3-days for the carpet to get dry and this is with my ceiling fan going constantly all those days. Other than that she did a good job.
