I bought a home that had not been taken care of for many years. The seller fostered dogs and there were nasty stains all over the carpets. The floors smelled bad and looked deplorable. Jamal and Ali came and worked magic! Kidding, they worked HARD! Before buying this house, I had never used a carpet cleaning company and had very high expectations for ZeroRez. I am delighted to report that they went above and beyond with their friendliness, communication, work ethic, and attention to detail! The carpets went from looking full of disease to looking new! I am in all of what Ali and Jamal were able to do and will sing their praises anytime someone comes and admires the carpets🤩

Brandon was pleasant, respectful, and explained what he was going to do throughout the appointment. The equipment was not overly loud so I could still watch TV while he worked. He explained and showed me where and why he could not remove some of the stains. Overall a good experience.
