My friendly technician, Nathan, was timely getting here and completed the job within the timeframe given. No mess to clean up ….. I’m happy with my Zerorez experience.

The service man worked very hard for three hours. I think the carpets are very clean, all spots removed. I do feel it was rather wet for many hours, but I am satisfied with the results.

Our technician was so helpful. He carried in an area rug that was too heavy for me to carry. The carpets he cleaned looked great. I was unable to answer this survey until now but I was (as usual) impressed with the work that my technician did Thank you

The technicians are kind, helpful, understanding and courteous.
Really like that they don't use soaps (no residue).
Also like that they don't leave a lot of water in the carpet, so it dried quickly.
