The stain removal products seem very effective, and so far the stains are not returning. The carpets look MUCH better, and the dry time was fairly fast. No residual Oder, and no allergic reactions. We really were impressed by our technician, Odain. He is a hard worker, very courteous, and has genuine enthusiasm for his job. I would definitely recommend this service because of his excellent performance while on site.

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning the carpeting in my home! The technician, Curtis, was excellent, and even had the foresight to use guards to protect the corners of the wall from the hose. It was such a great process, he only had to bring one hose into the house. He used pretreatment where needed in certain areas, then cleaned each room thoroughly. There was No fake floral fragrance or chemical smell, which pleased me very much. There were several stains I was worried about removing; however, they were extracted with no problem.. not only would I return to Zerorez for cleaning my carpets again, I have already recommended them to friends already and shall continue to due so. I am very pleased with their services!
