The work down by your associate Lance.is 2nd to none. He goes above and beyond with the little extras like protecting the baseboards corners, and agitating the carpet first. He is very personable as well. I have used him several times and will cotinue to do so. My carpets look outstanding!.
They use just steam to clean carpet. It was dry overnight and beautifully clean.

The service is good and the carpet cleaning lasts for some 6 to 9 months before I need to consider having the service another time.
The carpet seems to come back to life and the cost of the service is quite reasonable.
Justin did an excellent job. He explained the process and methodically cleaned the ducts from each of the vents. He cleaned the materials that fell from the initial opening of the vents. He explained to me he used a fiber glove in the main intake vent on the first floor for safety reasons instead of the brushes because of the fiberglass material used in that vent could have cast fiberglass particles. He is a very conscientious person. Thank you for a job well done.
