Great job cleaning my carpets

Even though we just had an entry rug that needed cleaning, ZEROREZ treated us as a valuable customer. They came out quickly and the technician, Stephen, did a great job. We didn't think it would ever look that good again! Stephen was very personable and nice and was a good worker. All in all it was a great experience dealing with this company.

I like how you use small amounts of water which makes the carpet dry so quickly. I had every room in my house cleaned and my bedroom disinfected. The smell was as if it was free and clear. I’m very satisfied with their prompt and professional service. Would highly recommend to others.

The tech was on-time, polite and explained what he was going to do. He was respectful of our outdoor landscaping, our brand new hardwood floors and our furniture. He quoted an estimated time to complete the job and it was within 10 minutes of that quote. Tried to upsell us, we politely declined and he left it at that. The tech asked us to review his work before we paid. Accepted our credit card payment and we were happy to provide a tip for his service.
