The tech was on time, professional and efficient. He explained everything that he would be doing and what he was expecting the outcome to be. He presented two options from which I could choose one that would satisfy me. He was very thorough and timely in finishing the project. The cleaning products he used were different from any others I had experienced from other companies I used in the past. There are no harsh chemical odors like the others have had. In fact, no odors at all even after the carpet dried. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.
