The product was great. The carpet looks brand new. But, I want to talk about Marcias the technician. He was the most enjoyable human to work with. He's very knowledgeable at his profession and such a gentleman. Instead of having to reschedule my appointment he was able to work around it. I really enjoyed talking to him. Jay was great! He was personable and presented all the various cleaning options in a clear and sensitive way. He seemed very aware of the pet issues that comprise so much of our need for carpet cleaning services in the first place. Did a great and thorough job cleaning our carpets.

The service was absolutely great. The guy was very knowledgeable, professional kind, and explain the procedure as he did it I could not have asked for a better person to provide my service. I had a couple areas I was concerned about and he explained they were most worn areas.
