We have a difficult to clean rug (Banana silk from Istanbul) and they are the only cleaners relatively near that can do that kind of cleaning. They do take their time (about 10 days), but that is what is needed. My experience with the staff, when I've dropped off my run has been excellent. They provide an unusual service, so most wouldn't need their service, but if you do, I'd highly recommend them.

I have used ZeroRez for years. I own a white sofa that is 17 years old. It's a Smith Brother's and I love it! The guys from ZeroRez have helped me keep my sofa looking like new! The products that you use to pre treat my sofa before the actual steaming are clean and fresh. The guys are always very friendly and professional. Delmont just cleaned my sofa and was very meticulous...I tipped him accordingly! Your company is fortunate to have him on your team! See you again next Spring!
