I like the knowledge and professionalism of the technicians. They know their business; I've used them for years. They take pride in their work, a quality that we rarely find today. Too, they are are personable and take the time to do things right the first time. I highly recommend them!
Your technician was polite and conscientious. He explained the cleaning process and did a thorough job of cleaning our carpets. We had a pet stain which did not come out fully on the first attempt, but you returned to repeat treatment to finish the job.
