Forgive me if I am spelling his name incorrectly, but the technician who cleaned my couch was Jaelyn and he did a fabulous job. He was very thorough and even cleaned the carpet area that got a little wet from the cushions.

He was very thorough and took precautions to maintain my home by using protective corner shields so as not to scratch the walls with the hoses. He wore protective shoe coverings as well. The windowside carpet in my study was completely SOAKED in cat pee. After half-an-hour of washing by Zerorez, the room smells good as new! Now I can actually study without wanting to buy a gas mask!

We had your service guys come out this past Friday, to "fix" the carpet after a prior cleaning a week or so ago. There were streaks left on the carpet.
