ZeroRez did an amazing job on some old and badly stained carpets in a home we just bought. I was not expecting them to look as nice as they did. Much appreciated and highly recommended!
Andrew was efficient and did the job right the first time. We had our travertine done the grout in the kitchen was so dirty that I was skeptical it would even go back to its original state. Andrew not only made it happen however there was night and day results from the grout before and after.

Initially, I was a little disappointed that I could still see pet urine spots in a couple places so I called and they realized they had missed that I marked that there was pet urine in my original request (I wasn't home when they cleaned). They scheduled a visit the next day and came and cleaned those parts again and they are perfect now! I'm thrilled
