The technician who came to my house was on time, friendly, explained things clearly, let me know exactly what to expect, communicated with me at intervals on his progress and next steps, offered helpful suggestions and recommended other helpful services. He was detailed and he took care to protect the doorway edges. A great guy who did a great job!

Everything was fulling explained to me step by step as they were working on my air ducts. Team was very knowledgeable, and they did a fantastic job. My home smelled so clean the very next day, and we all felt good too! Will highly recommend them!

The service was performed to our satisfaction & in a timely manner. Derrick called ahead & showed up just when he said he would. He explained the process & got all the work done in about an hour. We were pleased with the personal appearance of the ZeroRez employee & the apparent cleanliness of the equipment. Derrick left our home clean & free of "drips". He was a pleasant person to talk with.
