The customer service rep with whom I spoke to set up my appointment was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The two technicians who performed my service (Donta and Ru) were equally as polite, professional and skilled. The price I paid was very fair, and I was very satisfied with Zerorez's customer service and quality of work.

Your technician, Jonathan, was everything a company would want. He was polite, polished, prompt, pleasant and professional. He explained the process. He completed his work without leaving anything for us to clean up after him. I think you better watch out for him. I see him going very far - maybe owning his own franchise or farther!

Isamiss (maybe was his name? Black dude who likes cats lol) was amazing. He took the time to talk me through the process and explain everything. We chatted about pets and animals and he was in general a great guy. I highly recommend not just Zerorez but him and the guy he was training. Great dudes!

This is the second time we have used Zerorez and the first time in our present home. The tech, Casey Last name removed was very professional and did a great job. There is only one very bad dirt spot that we noticed after the carpet dried that was not completely gone. Otherwise, all the bad and dirty spots on our very light-colored carpet had disappeared. We are happy to recommend your company to our neighbors here at the retirement village.
