the complete procedure was a very efficient and easy system. I haven't had it done for a couple of years and the new machine the young man was using does a fantastic job with a minimal effort deeded. the young man did a great job of explaining and doing the job needed.

Went to dinner with friends Sat night and told them if they need carpet cleaning to call Zerorez..my tech was absolutely great.
