Daniela - The person who booked my service was very helpful. We communicated through text. She was polite and answered all of my questions. Luis the technician who cleaned my carpets and sofas was extremely polite, helpful and professional. He did an excellent my sofas, rugs and carpets. I was surprised he was the only technician sent. He did a GREAT job all on his own but the cleaning was done so well it looked like 5 people were sent.

Adam was amazing. I couldn't believe how thorough he was. He even got on his hands and knees to check out the troublesome areas from our cats with peeing issues. He gave me a couple of recommendations and quotes and helped me decide on the best carpet treatment for my situation. He cleaned the carpets, and they looked great. There was still one spot that had a little smell still, and he sprayed it again. He didn't leave until I was happy with the final product.
