We liked the fact that there are not a bunch of soaps and chemicals in the Zerorez liquid. What we saw, was that the carpets came very clean after the treatment. The Technician (Marshal) was very professional, personable and paid attention to our concerns. He knew his product and took very good care to protect finishes and flooring as he moved through the house with the hoses. He worked very hard and did a great job. The folks at the office (Niya) and others were also very kind and professional. From the time we called to the time they showed up was only 2 days. We would very much recommend Zerorez to any one.
