We are very please with the carpet cleaning we had done by Zerorez. We arranged the cleaning via distance and had our son present to let the cleaning crew in, so we didn't see the results until we finally got home earlier this week. We are impressed and very happy with the service and the clean of the carpets.
I've used Zerorez for several years now for my carpet cleaning. Their technicians have consistently been friendly, very courteous, careful to take care of my household surroundings and very thorough in cleaning my carpet. They always ask me to inspect their work and there have been 2 times when I have requested that an area have additional cleaning and they have done an outstanding job of bringing my carpet back to new!
