Dylan was the gentleman who came to clean our carpets. He was respectful of our home and took care to make sure all equipment was properly used(corners covered, careful of furniture.) He took extra time to clean heavily soiled areas. He explained the complete process before he started and worked carefully and efficiently. Our carpets look amazing, almost like new.
I have used other companies in the past and that is now where they will remain.,Zerorez surpassed all my expectations. I would recommend both the company and Dylan without reservation.

Only negative was not about the service I received, but it was with the 3 confirmation calls, 3 emails as well as the text messages. Once I confirmed was it necessary to continue to blow my phone up asking me to confirm again and again?

The technician came on time. It was quick, about an hour and some. To pay, it was easy. You get the invoice through your email right there. No hassles. Awesome!
