Client Testimonials

Very thorough and efficient.

My technician was great. He did a great job.

Our technician, Colton, was prompt, professional, polite, and clearly enjoyed his job cleaning and sealing tile floors. Our light colored tile had experienced decades of renters and the ground in dirt needed professional level help. After Colton did his magic, our floors looked like new! Although expensive it was worth the money. I would highly recommend Zerorez for your cleaning needs.

fast and did a good job.

Friendly reliable service. Many years of grime that was in my kitchen tile grout was lifted out and the floor looks like new.

Had great experience with Zerorez for my carpet cleaning. Jacob our tech finished earlier job early and reached out to come early. Before starting, he walked through our home, assessed areas and discussed plan for work in each room. Rooms looked great when done. No surprises with pricing when finished. We would recommend Zerorez for anyone looking for reliable and professional services. Carolyn B.

The technician was very polite and did a good job.

Able to really deep clean carpets. I’ve used multiple services and no service is better. Shane did an excellent job recently getting a stubborn stain out of our floor pad.

Wonderful customer service. Explained the process, provided useful tips to extend the carpet cleaning and our tech was very friendly and professional.

Natural products that do t leave residue on carpets. Always very professional service and price transparency

Customer service, professional and good job cleaning

Tristen did a wonderful job cleaning my dad’s mattress. He was professional, courteous, and took his time to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. We’re very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Tristen and Zerorez!

I’ve been using these guys for over 20 years. They show up on time and communicate wonderfully. They do a thorough and excellent job. My carpets are super clean and have no residue. (The technician turned on the lights in each room as he worked, which I didn’t mind at all but please remember to turn out the lights when finished, so I don’t need to walk on wet stairs and wet carpets to turn them off!.😄)

Service tech was awesome. He was so nice and courteous and did a great job cleaning my carpet.

Scheduling staff is easy to work with, cleaner was on time to clean, job well done on carpet. Thank you.

My carpet is 30 years old each time I think about replacing it I call Zerorez to clean them. And they make it look like new!!!!

I was stunned by how much dirt Jarrett got up when he cleaned our hardwood floors. They look great!

The reality is that I did not want to go through the hassle of having them stripped and stained—especially with doggy nails, grandchildren, the dust, and the expense. While this cleaning did not make them look brand new, they sure do look so much better.

Jarrett from ZeroRez showed up on time, spent about two hours cleaning the floors, and did a fantastic job. While it’s not cheap, I always feel that their charges are reasonable, and the cleaning makes the whole house feel more like home.

Dawn is always pleasant when I call to schedule and does her best to accommodate me.

Thank you, ZeroRez!
