The responsiveness is great! Jarvis set up an appointment that worked well with my schedule to pick up several rugs for cleaning. He and Stephen arrived on time. Stephen stayed to do a very nice job of cleaning and resealing my MBR tile grout. Three plus weeks later there was a little snafu with the schedule to return the rugs. However, Stephen, worked a miracle and arrived the very next morning to get them all back down. They all have been wonderful and responsive.
