I love that this process doesn't use harsh chemicals. My carpets looked brand new afterwards and you could FEEL the difference in our home. The carpets dried in about 10 hours which is very fast compared to other services I have used! Our technician Joshua was very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks Joshua!!!
