I had my carpets upstairs cleaned and couch cleaned back in early August. After the technician finished cleaning my husband and I didn't go upstairs until later in the evening to see what the carpet looked like We found blue spots all over the carpet and on the stairs. On Saturday I called and left a message of what we found. I was called back by one of the ladies in the office about an hour later. She asked me to send pictures but the pictures weren't the best and it would be better to see the spots in person. They scheduled to have someone come out on Monday to look and see what happened. On Monday, the owner of Zerorez came out and was very nice and wanted to reclean the carpets to see if the blue would come out. He was great and was trying to figure out what had happened. He cleaned both areas upstairs and even cleaned the stairs and ALL of the blue came out. I appreciated his professionalism and working hard to make sure the carpet was recleaned properly.
The only downside of this company would be the price they charge to clean the pet spots because it takes a different solution to get the smell of the urine out. I have had other companies clean carpets before and they didn't charge the extra. Because of that our bill was extremely high and not what I wanted to pay. Wasn't happy about the expense of that.

The Technician (Birch) was a complete professional!! He called before showing up and arrived exactly when he said he would. He did a FANTASTIC job on our sofa and rug. He also took great care with maintaining the protection of our property with all of the Shoe covers and corner protectors that he used. Complete Class-Act

Steve was my tech for today; he was on time, very courteous and professional explaining what he would be doing. He looked at all the rooms that were to be addressed before he started.

I like the product used because they don't leave a cleaning odor like citrus, etc. Steve explained the special treatment he would do on one of the rooms to extract residue from previous cleanings. I am so glad I found this company. This was my second time to have service provided Zerorez and will be a returning customer.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was amazing!

NoRez had excellent communication with me prior to the service including a phone call the night before to confirm the arrival window for me and that I would be contacted approximately 30 minutes before the arrival of the Newrez representative the next morning. Julio did call me and arrived at the time he indicated he would. He first looked the carpet for the stains I was concerned about, told me the course of action for the spot treating which included pet issues of a 17 year old dog that was having issues in the house recently and then showed me the agitator that helps to work in the treatment which was very clean and the bristles of the machine were also clean. The results are amazing. I would highly reccommend the Company as well as if you're located in Julio's area, I'd request him. He is very knowledgable about how to get the best results for the situation, professional, polite and pleasant.
