I have used Zerorez several times. Joe cleaned some carpets for me recently that were in poor condition due to recent works on the property. The end result was very good and better than either of us had hoped. Joe is always prompt, efficient, professional and pleasant. He explains the process well and the cost was exactly as price quoted in advance. I definitely recommend them.

Since we are on the third floor and needed the portable equipment, we were thrilled Richie handled everything with professionalism.

Just yesterday Aug 20, 2026 Zero Rez deep cleaned three rooms for us. The workman was courteous and worked diligently. The carpets looked good upon his completion and today, after drying all night, they look absolutely great. Thank you for a great job.

Not the first time, but the service gets better and better!

Our carpets were not sticky when finished. It did take longer to dry then indicated. We were told 12 to 24 hours and it was a good 2 days before dry.

Zach, an exceptional carpet technician, effectively removed all my stains, leaving my couch looking pristine. He arrived punctually, displaying the treatments he was applying to my carpet. The only thing is zero very pricey they need to lower. The price is a little bit.
