I really like the fact that the technician didn’t try to add in any extra service to the assigned job. He was very honest, knowledgeable and that is much appreciated!

The tech was great. She arrived early (after calling to confirm it was okay). As my carpet is older, she explained what might be some limitations with stains and traffic areas, but she was able to clean them up nicely. The carpet looks and feels terrific.

Jake, the Zerorez person, is that guy. I will see if I can request him in the future. It looks like he controlled time and space to go back 5 years to when we made the questionable decision to get overly white carpet with two kids. Super grateful our carpet doesn't look filthy for the way too many guests my wife invited to sleep at our house. If she reads this, I want to remind you we only have 1 guest bed. I'm not sure where 12 people are going to sleep. Though, maybe on the floor because these carpets look brand new. Thanks Jake.

I have had Zero Rez at my home to clean my carpets at least 5 times in the past 4 years. I have always been quite impressed with the outcome of my carpets. they look like brand new and they are 17 years old! my experience with Zero Rez has been nothing short of wonderful. I have had the technicians of Lance, Tyler and Jordan. They have all been very professional, knowledgeable and explained their procedures and all costs due to the service I requested. I would and do brag about this company. There isn't another Company out there that can match their performance as far as I'm concerned.
