One of the negative comments or drawbacks I read online was the tendency to push for up charges. Maybe so, but the push we received was regarding an area rug we were undecided about was something we needed to take care of , so it’s considered by me to be a positive rather than a negative.
The protection treatment we opted for… jury still out. Time will tell whether it was worth the extra money.

I had a biological accident on May 11,2026. I broke my hip Jan 31, 2026. I had trouble making it to the bathroom on the 11, around 9:45 pm, 💩covered me and my hall carpet. I called the next day and the lady who took my call was compassionate and said they could come out between noon and 3 pm to help me. The technician saw my delima and saw what was needed. He quietly did what was needed and my carpet was cleaned. He left and I was pleased w his expertise. THANK YOU!
