Jose and Jonathon were very professional. They called when en route and arrived when they said they would. We have multiple pets and kids so there was some staining however no problem for the Zerorez team. The carpets look and smell wonderful! We have used Zerorez in the past and will be calling them again in the future.

I use Zerorez once or twice a year and they always manage to make my carpet and tile look amazing. The team employed by Zerorez are exceptional. They explain the cleaning plan and don't keep trying to upsell on additional services. They listen well.
I also really appreciate the fact that each service tech enters detailed notes about that they did at my house so that the next time I have them here, they can easily reference the information to provide great continuity of services.

Thanks for the reservice this past Friday. The guys were great and the carpet was cleaned like I had expected it to be, based on previous service from Zerorez. I don’t know what happened with the first visit this time. The tech was very pleasant and seemed to try hard to clean the carpet. Either he didn’t know to extract very slowly or his van equipment was faulty. It was super loud compared to your other vans. I even told him I worried about complaints from my neighbors.
