Client Testimonials

Our carpets were alot cleaner and dried quickly.. The service was great! Juan Miranda was very informative when we asked what exactly he was going to be doing to the carpets. He was also very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly.
We will refer this service to our family and friends.

Very clean work and friendly technician

The gentleman was very respectful of our property. He did a very thorough cleaning of our tile and grout after we had 2 major repairs of replacing tile where our slab cracked. It looks beautiful. We also had him steam the rug under the table to freshen it up and it looks new. Will have him back in the near future to clean our carpets.

The service rep was wonderful, very thorough, explained things well, and was friendly.

knowledgeable technician. The cleaning doesn't use harmful chemicals is key!

Did great will definitely use again

Communication was great! I couldn’t be at my Mom’s property but talked to tech when they arrived to assess the situation. He also sent before and after pictures to help me feel comfortable about what was accomplished.

Jose was great. He arrived, worked quickly, and was efficient. He left my light-colored carpeted stairs looking new, which I did not think was possible.

Quick service. Fair prices.

I’ve used Zerorez before and you have done a great job every time and with my fans and dehumidifier the carpets dry pretty fast. They don’t feel “crunchy” which I like a lot. The people doing the cleaning have always been polite and get right to work. I will be happy to recommend you to my friends.

The service was performed perfectly, not much water on the rugs, dried quickly.

The technician coming at the beginning of the arrival window was lot better experience.

Brice did a good job keeping us informed on the process and status as he worked through cleaning our air ducts. Provided professional service and we are happy with the results.

There's no strong odor involved in the cleaning. The cleaner, Tyler, was very professional and thorough in our 3 rooms. All 3 rooms look really GREAT 👍 ‼️
