Over time I have experienced several differing carpet cleaning companies. At best, some of them were OK while others were much less. A few years ago I came across a Zerorez ad that caught my attention so I took the appointment. I remember being very impressed with the outcome. Since then I have continued to hire Zerorez several times, about every six months. Even though the technicians very the quality of their work has been continuously excellent. They are all very well trained, personable, and willing to answer questions. Also. they're never in a hurry to leave. The quality of their work is top notch. I simply cannot recommend them any higher. They will always be a 10 on a scale of 12 to me. Richard Williams
