The service itself was great, but I was surprised that only one technician was sent to move all of our furniture and then return it to its original location. This seemed like a difficult task for one person, especially without a dolly or any type of wheeled equipment to assist with moving the heavier items.
Additionally, I was confused by the recommendation to leave the area empty for the next 6–8 hours after the work was completed. If part of the service includes moving the furniture back into place, it seems counterproductive to advise leaving the space unused after everything has been returned. Overall, the work quality was good, but the logistics and expectations around furniture handling could be improved.
The two gentlemen that cleaned out the ducts were polite, efficient explained the process in an understandable way.
