Travis did an excellent job on our light colored carpet. He introduced himself at the door (most don't these days) and was very polite and friendly and professional. It was not awkward or uncomfortable having him in my home. I wish every technician in various trades (plumbing, electrical etc) provided this kind of demeaner when entering your home.
Was not totally satisfied with the results. Technician did an amazing job, and worked hard at cleaning my carpets. But majority of the stains did not come clean.
Darius was amazing and so professional ... he did a terrific job and I would certainly ask for him anytime!

Zerorez's process always gets stains out without using chemicals that encourage dirt and stains to set into carpet. They arrive during their appointment times and communicate well with their customers. I also appreciate that the carpet is mostly dry when the finish and it doesn't take an extended period of time before you can access the areas where they have cleaned. Their staff are always knowledgeable and professional as well.
