Zerorez cleaned the carpets in my entire basement plus the stairs. They did an excellent job - the carpet looks amazing. The two technicians that came to my house were punctual, polite, and got busy very quickly. They were in an out of my house if just over an hour. Very impressed with this company. I will definitely recommend. Btw, they didn't charge me anymore than what was initially agreed upon. Thankyou.

Leon was very friendly and explained everything well. He worked hard to get carpet stains out. He asked if I wanted different options but didn't pressure me. The appointment for 3 rooms only lasted about 40 minutes.
