This was a first time I used Zerorez services for carpet cleaning. Scheduling was easy and conveniently done through website, with lots of time slots to pick from. The communication with instructions was clear. Got a timely call ahead of time from the people coming over. Once they arrived, we did a walk through the areas that needed to be cleaned, and they listened to all my concerns and explained thoroughly the process and products they are going to use. Before starting, they also confirmed the price, so there would be no surprises after. Service was completed quickly and all the concerns were addressed: spots removed, whole areas cleaned. Happy with the results and will use these services again.

I have always used ZeroRez since we built our house 10 years ago. It makes complete common sense to clean your carpeting with water. But with ZeroRez, you're using completely clean water. The most powerful element on the planet is water, which is why it cleans so well and leaves nothing behind. I always get my spray bottle refilled, because I use it in emergency spills, like red wine. Works like magic! I guess I'm a ZeroRezaholic!!

They did a very thorough job and it was easy to set up the appointment online. I would have given a 10 but I would have liked the tech to wear booties over his shoes so outside dirt is not tracked in.
