Will Thrasher does an absolutely perfect job — & is so friendly, prompt, courteous, & professional. 10 stars every time. & Zerorez process is easy to navigate from scheduling to feedback! THANK YOU for yet again another fantastic job. & Thanks personally again to Will!
I liked that my carpet was not super wet after the appointment. The technician was very professional and explained the process.
Very efficient and courteous and carpets dried in hours(hot garage )
The pet stain pretreatment did a good job of cleaning up our many problem areas. I liked that the carpets were sprayed everywhere with a second treatment and agitated to really work the fluid into the fibers. Vacuuming up the moisture left the carpets looking great, without any noticeable smell. I appreciated that my technician wiped up the tile where it met the carpet. He was polite and respectful, and shut the door behind himself so my cat wouldn't get out. Very professional!
