My carpet looks and smells great. Making the appointment was easy and pleasant. I didn't have to wait for service. I got an appointment that fit my schedule right away. The young man who cleaned the carpet was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail the services available and what I could expect from each. He was very polite and seemed passionate about his job. He finished quickly. I didn't have to move any furniture myself. The whole process was so easy and pleasant. I did not expect the carpets to come that clean. The carpet is 18 years old with a lot of traffic both people and dogs. The technician was a lot more optimistic than I was and he was correct.

Derek was professional, kind, and did an excellent job on both rugs and chairs. The rugs look almost new now! Dried quickly, no odor of cleaning solution, not sticky or soapy like some cleaners are. I am sensitive to strong scents during allergy season especially, but there was NO smell during or after the cleaning. Wonderful! Everything feels and looks so fresh. Thank you for doing this on a Saturday too - I'm thrilled, will recommend to all my friends & neighbors.
